Cosmetics are care substances used to improve the appearance or smell of the human body. These are mixtures of chemical compounds, some obtained from natural sources, and many are synthetic.
The word “cosmetics” comes from the Greek κοσμητική τέχνη (kosmetikē tekhnē), meaning “technique of clothing and adornment,” from κοσμητικός (kosmētikos), “to skillfully arrange or arrange” and from κόσμος (cosmos), which means, among other things, “order.” “and “ornament.”
Cosmetics include skincare creams, lotions, powders, perfumes, lipsticks, fingernails, nail polish, eye and face makeup, wipes, perms, colored contact lenses, hair dyes, hair sprays and gels, deodorants, hand sanitizers, baby products, bath oils, bath foams, bath salts, oils, and many other products. A subset of cosmetics is called “makeup,” which refers to coloring products designed to change users’ appearance. Many manufacturers distinguish between decorative cosmetics and care cosmetics.
Most cosmetics depend on the area of the body intended for application.

Usually a liquid, cream, or powder, and most recently a light and fluffy mousse, the foundation also provides excellent coverage.
